Site Operations Manager

Requirements:
• Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to their own vehicle
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised and able to prioritise workload
• Able to handle a high pressured work environment
• Adaptable and flexible in times of change
• Attention to detail
• Target Driven
• IT Literate
• Strong people management skills, this is to include managing a team whilst driving performance and service through good leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to communicate to all levels.
• A good standard of computer literacy with a particular focus on using Excel.
• An aptitude for successful negotiating and influencing.
• Strong stakeholder or supplier management skills experience with a track record of continuous operational improvement would be advantageous. Focused on meeting targets is a must.
• A strong track record of problem solving along with solid analytical skills with the capability to critique actions and find solutions for a variety of operational challenges.
• Excellent business judgement. You must be able to step back and assess the long term vision for growth in a particular site.
• Business to business relationship development.
• Flexibility, particularly when adapting to ever changing fast paced environment.
• Going beyond service expectations with the will to go even further to ensure that the job is complete.
