Regional / Area Manager

Position Status: Permanent, full-time

Role: The role of the Area Manager is a critical position, one that delivers huge impact both on the customer experience and on bottom line performance. Within the operational sites in question. The role places the control of the operations within your own hands, thus, enabling your entrepreneurial talents to flourish and prosper. The role offers a highly lucrative and competitive package, this includes weekly performance related bonuses.

This is a field based role whereby you will be responsible for the management and running of sites in a specified geographical area.

Managing the Site Operations Manager and Site Supervisor who report into the Area Manager.

Oversee the daily operations of your sites, ensure that Driver Associates adhere to the high customer centric and cultural standards that have been developed by enGage.

Regular visits to your respective sites, observing how the sites operate and ensuring that both enGage and client standards are being maintained.

Presenting your findings through clear, concise and reporting

Arranging and attending regular meetings (both on site and off site) with key stakeholders to address and queries and concerns on both sides

Using your initiative to solve problems and handle service provider, customer and client escalations

The customer is always of the up most importance. You must ensure that all service providers on your site are maintaining and aspiring to implement an even greater customer centric focus in their daily duties.

Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI’s

Recruit, induct and maintain a pool of Driver Associates to ensure the smooth operation of your sites.

Ensure that your Driver Associate pool is built to handle peak business times

Develop and implement strategic plans in order to ensure that you are striving towards higher levels of efficiency within your day to day site operations.

Develop and manage key relationships to push forward the success of your site, securing further routes and your route commitments.

Ensure that all the appropriate documentation has been obtained from new recruits and new contractors in a timely manner

Providing day to day support for those you are responsible for, our service providers, our client/s and the end customer.

Ensure that business to business relationships are maintained and developed by taking the initiative where and when possible.

Comply with and ensure Driver Associates, Lead Driver Associates, and those around you hold a high degree of consideration to Health & Safety measures in place at enGage premises, client sites and at ground level.

Ensure that all Ad-hoc duties are completed within the required time-frames, along with any additional administrative and analytical duties also.

May be required to cover other sites during periods of holiday / absence

Requirements:

Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to their own vehicle

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Minimum 2 years management experience

Organised and able to prioritise workload

Able to handle a high pressured work environment

Adaptable and flexible in times of change

Attention to detail

Target Driven

IT Literate
